Wide Silver Celtic Braided Wedding Commitment Band Set - Unisex Viking Bridal Ring Set

Regular price $190.00 Sale

This Sterling Silver Celtic Wedding band set is created from three braided round wires which create an incredibly strong band with a feel of openness, then reinforced with soldered rails made of matching round wire which enhance the design. This unique band evokes a sense of movement - like waves or clouds - and is entirely handmade here in our studio. These bands are appropriate for either men or women.

For the narrow band:

This band is created from three strands of Sterling Silver 18 gauge round wire, woven carefully to create an openwork pattern. It is enhanced by two outside rails, which have been shaped, and then carefully soldered into place. This band measures approximately 6.5 mm (0.2 in) wide, and has been carefully soldered to create an endless pattern. The inside of this band is curved and smoothed for comfortable wear. Because of the openness of this pattern, this is not a ring we can engrave.

For the wider band:

This band is created from three strands of Sterling Silver 16 gauge round wire, woven carefully to create an openwork pattern. It is enhanced by two outside rails, which have been shaped, and then carefully soldered into place. This band measures approximately 8.5 mm (0.3 in) wide, and has been carefully soldered to create an endless pattern. The inside of this band is curved and smoothed for comfortable wear. Because of the openness of this pattern, this is not a ring we can engrave.

This set is comes with two Celtic Endless Knot Bands - one wide and one narrow.

Viking Art and Celtic Art connected in the late 9th and 10th Centuries. Viking and Celtic braided and woven jewelry can be incredibly complex with numerous strands, but for these pieces we have chosen to focus on only three strands. The trinity strand is meaningful to many cultures and religions, and it is especially appropriate for commitment ceremonies!
