For the Ring:
This stunning Rainbow Moonstone Marquise Engagement Ring with Moissanites in Sterling Silver features a sparkling Marquise-cut faceted Rainbow Moonstone that measures 8 mm x 4 mm (approximately .47 carats), and is clear with few visible flaws and bright flashes in blue and blue-green. This center stone is accented by two fully-cut faceted round Moissanites that measure 2.5 mm each (approximately .1 carats each), and are set in 4-prong mountings.
The center stone sits approximately 7 mm above the finger, and the carefully shaped mounting below the stone helps protect the delicate ends of the Marquise cut. This beautiful Sterling Silver three-stone ring tapers gracefully from 8 mm in width to a 1.5 mm band that has been carefully curved and smoothed for comfort and excellent fit.
For the Band:
This Sterling Silver Marquise engagement ring fits into a specially-carved notch in the Florentine Style band, which helps the two rings sit together comfortably and wear easily. Our Sterling Silver Florentine Wedding Band features a spring Wildflowers pattern embossed on a narrow width band measuring 4.5 mm (approximately 0.2 inches) in width. This lovely Sterling Silver wedding band is graced with the raised pattern of flowers, in the style of the metalwork that was done in Florence, Italy. The Wildflower pattern continues unbroken the entire length of band. The edges and inside of the band have been smoothed for a comfortable fit, and are gently curved for comfortable wear. This ring is wide enough for our personalized ring engraving, available here.
Both elegant and beautiful, spring flowers promise new beginnings for the couple who choose this as the special symbol of their relationship. Wildflowers have been used as herbal medicines since the time of the Greeks, and have been harvested by man for thousands of years. From the great love of Black-Eyed Susan and Sweet William (who still bloom together today) to St Johnswort, which was once thought to foretell the time of a young woman's marriage and indicate the identity of the lucky groom, wildflowers have a rich and storied history.
