We make your jewelry when you place your order.


We need 3 -5 days to prepare most items for shipping, but production may vary for gold pieces or customized orders. For details, please see individual items or contact us with any questions.



Due to difficulties for both domestic and international shipping because of the COVID-19 pandemic, some shipping times may be longer than usual.

North America: 2-10 business days
Europe: 5-15 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 5-15 business days
Asia Pacific: 5-15 business days
Latin America and the Caribbean: 5-15 business days
North Africa and the Middle East: 5-20 business days
Sub-Saharan Africa: 5-20 business days
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
We also offer upgraded Domestic US shipping and upgraded International shipping options during checkout, should you need your package to arrive faster.


Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to their order. Please check the laws in your country before placing an international order, as we are not responsible for delays due to customs.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We only accept cancellations for 24 hours after your order. After that we have started hand making your item. Please contact me immediately if you have any changes to your order. If you return or cancel 3+ orders within a 6-month period, we reserve the right to refuse future orders.

1. Just Contact Us within 14 days of receiving your product to let us know that you will need a return or exchange.

2. Ship your purchase back to our studio within 30 days of delivery. To return or exchange your purchase, mail it in a padded envelope to:

So there is no confusion, please include a copy of your invoice or a note with your contact information and order number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please note that all exchanges are final.

If you are shipping an item to us, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to control the post office as of yet, so we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged 
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Once we receive your returned purchase, we will send you an email to let you know that it has arrived. Your refund will be processed the next business day, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. You will receive a verification email when this refund is processed.


Refunds back to credit cards can take 10 - 20 business days, so thank you for your patience. 

We recommend contacting your bank and/or credit card company if you haven't seen your refund within this time period. Occasionally, posting can take longer.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will only refund the gift giver, so the person who made the purchase will need to inquire out about returns or exchanges.
