RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of when you received your purchase. For items purchased from November 15 - December 31, the return and exchange period is extended until January 31. 

Items can be returned in our studio or by mail. Please Contact Us first so that we know to keep an eye out for it.

If your item is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, please Contact Us within 30 days of receiving your product for a return label.

If you purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or you no longer want the item, you are responsible for all shipping costs, including the cost of the shipping for the return or exchange.

Customers who have mailed returns will be contacted when your return arrives back in our studio. Returns will be processed by the next business day after they are received.   

Once we receive your returned purchase, we will send you an email to let you know that it has arrived. Your refund will be processed the next business day, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. You will receive a verification email when this refund is processed.
Although most refunds are quick, some overseas credit cards can take up to 10 - 15 business days, so we thank you in advance for your patience. 

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Clearance Sale Items
 
CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the object arrives damaged or defective. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Refunds will be credited back to the form of payment that was originally used for payment. Although most refunds are quick, some overseas credit cards can take up to 10 - 15 business days, so we thank you in advance for your patience. 

We recommend contacting your bank and/or credit card company if you haven't seen your refund within 15 days. If you need our help, please email us at customerservice@moonkistdesigns.com .

 

GIFTS WILL BE RETURNED AS CREDIT

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you and you return it for a refund, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will only refund the gift giver, so the person who made the purchase will need to inquire out about returns or exchanges.

 

CANCELLATIONS

We only accept cancellations for 24 hours after your order. After that we have started hand making your item. Please contact me immediately if you have any changes to your order. If you return or cancel 3+ orders within a 6-month period, we reserve the right to refuse future orders.

 

WARRANTY

Moonkist Designs fully stands behind the products we sell. Therefore, all of our products are covered by a one year warranty starting from the day when the original order was received.

1. Customers are responsible for the shipping fee to send the items back to our studio.

2. Please pack items in a jewelry box and bubble wrapped envelope. Jewelry sent without adequate packing can be damaged or not arrive.

3. When sending back the items, please use a shipping method that has tracking. 

4. Moonkist Designs reserves the right to void the warranty on any items showing signs of modification, abuse or damage beyond "normal wear," as determined by our jewelers.

 

FREE RESIZING AVAILABLE

1. We offer one free resize for your Sterling Silver purchase if it does not fit when it arrives. Just Contact Us within 30 days of of receiving your product to let us know that you will need a resize.

2. The best way we have found to ensure the correct size is to visit a jewelry store and have them measure your finger with a wide band (wedding band) metal ring sizer. These match most closely the production mandrels that we use to make your jewelry. Wrists and neck measurements are usually best measured with a flexible tape measure.

3. Once you have the size, we are more than happy to correct the sizing issue for free within 30 days of delivery - or for $30 for the first piece and $15 for each additional piece if you would like to return them to us at your convenience. Please send it back to us in a padded mailer at:

So there is no confusion, please include a copy of your invoice or a note with your contact information and order number, as well as the size you need. We recommend purchasing postage and printing a label from the USPS website and attaching it the mailer your ring arrived in. 

We will send you a convo as soon as your package arrives and let you know how long we expect your resizing to take (usually 3 - 5 business days). We are happy to offer one free resizing to our customers within 30 days of delivery, but we do ask you to pay for return shipping to and from the studio. You can purchase the shipping to send your resized ring back to you via our website and we'll send you the link for that when the ring comes in. When it is the size you need and ready to send back, we will send you a message with the tracking number.
