Rings not fitting quite like you were expecting? We are happy to help! We offer free sterling silver jewelry resizing within 60 days of your purchase.
The best way we have found to ensure the correct size is to visit a jewelry store and have them measure your finger with a wide band (wedding band) metal ring sizer. These match most closely the production mandrels that we use to make your jewelry. If you can't get to a jewelry store, we also offer a reusable plastic ring sizer, available here.

Once you have the size, we are more than happy to correct the sizing issue for free within 60 days of delivery, or for $30 for the first ring and $15 for each additional ring if you would like to return it to us at your convenience. Please send it back to us in a padded mailer at:

So there is no confusion, please include a copy of your invoice or a note with your contact information and order number, as well as the size you need. Please also include your order number on the outside of the package; due to the pandemic, we're currently placing all repairs and resizes on hold for a week when they come in and this will help us let you know when it arrives!
We will send you a convo as soon as it arrives and let you know how long we expect it to be (usually 3 - 5 business days). We are happy to offer one free resizing to our customers within 60 days of delivery, but we do ask you to pay for return shipping. You can pay for the shipping via our store. When it is the size you need and ready to send back, we will send you a message with the tracking number.
